In September 2020 we launched a next-generation co-op with a vision to modernize data company techniques and, more importantly, to vastly improve the nonprofit industry’s struggling acquisition efforts. From the beginning, we approached the acquisition problem with a focus on all consumers, not just those donors already in the traditional cooperative pool. We have successfully identified new and emerging donors by using the latest machine learning techniques, continuously updated donor transactions, and a revolutionary methodology for predicting donor response.
